ORDERING & SHIPPING
Thanks for checking out Cosmic Cherries. We love to create artistic products with a positive message that brings fun and color into everybody's world. We are a small operation and take pride in the quality of the products that we create. All items are inspected and handled with love and care before we send to you. All tees are custom-made after the order is received, and our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipment notification email with tracking information will follow once the order is ready to go (usually within 5-7 days). We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $75. Expedited shipping is also available.
International shipping rates displayed on cosmiccherries.com do not include taxes and duties. Please contact the customs office in your country for information about taxes and duties that may apply to your order.
If an order is refused by the recipient, Cosmic Cherries is not responsible for the original shipping costs, duties, taxes, or any other charges associated with shipping the package. If an item is returned to us and the buyer has requested a refund we will subtract the return cost and any other fees associated with the parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Cosmic Cherries, we will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We want you to feel confident as you shop with us, so we have put together the following Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’ve made a purchase from us and are not satisfied, we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. Nonetheless, there are some stipulations for item returns which include:
- Item must be returned in new/mint condition.
- The clothing must be unworn with all original tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in its original package.
- Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns are accepted for store credit only.
Once we have received the item, we will process your exchange as soon as possible. Refunds are only given for items that are damaged or defective or there was an error on our part. Returns will be refunded using the original method of payment minus original shipping charges.
To return or exchange an item, please take the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org: exchange/return – order#xxxxx
- If returning an item because of a defect or damage, please include a photo in your e-mail.
- We will email you a return request form to complete along with instructions.

Online gift cards are digital and emailed to the email address used to make the order. If you have not received an email with your unique gift card code, please try checking your spam/junk mail folders or send us an email at email@example.com.
Only one promotional code will be allowed per order.
